Hey,
I had a carrot dessert in one of my sourashtrian friend's house. unfortunately i dont remember the name of the dessert. it is not carrot halwa it was more like payasam and had a gooey consistency. only thing i remember is it tasted xcellent.could u post this receipe if u have one that matches.
